EquiFriends is a Combined State & Federal Fund Charity and United Way Designated Other Charity. Please support us by designating your employee contributions with us.
Our annual fundraisers are a major source of funding; we hope you will plan to attend one. We also have many other ways for you to support us, from a capital campaign fund to in-kind donations of tack, supplies, and more.
Annual Major Fundraisers
Capital Fund
EquiFriends Capital Fund was initiated in 1999 with a substantial donation from a private citizen. This fund is being raised for the purchase and improvements of EquiFriends equestrian center in Snohomish County.
Endowment Fund
The gift that keeps on giving. This fund will assure that EquiFriends will be serving people with disabilities for the years to come. Please contact your financial planner or our office for further information.
Bequests and Trusts
An excellent legacy to leave your community.
In Memorials
You can remember your loved one through a Memoriam Gift which may be designated toward operating, program projects or scholarships.
In-Kind Donations
In-kind donations of service and products are welcomed throughout the year. This is a great way to give if you can't volunteer at the program. We graciously accept office supplies, new and used tack, horse care products, horse hay and grain, stable and barn equipment and donated services such as carpentry, electrician, bookkeeping etc. Office equipment is always needed and office supplies are welcomed.
These valuable items help ease the financial burden in many ways for our program. If you would like to make an in-kind donation, please print and fill out our Donation form (PDF) to send in with your donated item. View our current needs (and dreams) list for ideas.
If we are not able to utilize the equipment donated, we will keep it until we are able to utilize it appropriately, or perhaps sell at one of the local sales.
